Refund and Return Policy for Lovetopinn

At Lovetopinn, we take great pride in the quality of our artwork and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below to understand the process and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Condition: The returned product must be in new, unused condition, with all packaging and original materials intact. This includes any certificates, tags, or accessories that were included in the original shipment.
  • Non-returnable Items: Custom orders, commissioned artworks, and digital products are not eligible for returns, unless there was a manufacturing error or fault in the product.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team via email at info@lovetopinn.com or call us at (715) 748-6751. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is secure to avoid damage during return shipping.
  4. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refund Time Frame: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you the following options:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the damaged or defective item.
  • Return Shipping: In the case of damaged or defective items, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back to us at no cost.

5. Exchanges

At this time, Lovetopinn does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order.

6. Custom Orders & Commissioned Artworks

Custom orders and commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned, unless there is an error in production or the artwork arrives damaged. Please ensure you are satisfied with the design and specifications before placing a custom order.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our return criteria, including if the item shows signs of use, damage, or modification after receipt. We may also deny returns for items returned outside of the return window (30 days from delivery).
